Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Thursday, including evening hours, and some Saturdays. Other times can be arranged by speaking with Connie directly. The initial appointment is scheduled for 1.25 hours to allow some extra time (for which you aren't charged) in order for us to meet, to explain the procedure, and answer any questions you may have.
The number of sessions you might need can best be determined after your first session. We encourage most people to begin with three sessions (once a week for three weeks) in order to have an optimal experience with colon hydrotherapy and to feel the positive effects of cleansing. Discount packages of 3 or more are available. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Generally, insurance does not cover the cost of colon hydrotherapy; however we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement through HSAs, FSAs, etc.
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or postponements, or 100% of the missed appointment may be charged. As a courtesy, we give clients a telephone reminder two days before an appointment; however, appointments are considered confirmed when they are initially made.
